LOS ANGELES – Former Los Angeles politician Mark Ridley-Thomas has filed a flurry of documents over the last two days seeking an acquittal and new trial after being convicted of seven counts of public corruption on March 30.
The court granted him a May 7 court date after granting Ridley-Thomas’ Rule 33 motion. (view)
