In April 2020, Fashion Nova agreed to pay money to settle FTC charges that the company didn’t properly notify customers about delayed shipments and illegally used gift cards to compensate customers for unshipped products. The FTC sent checks and PayPal payments to affected consumers in March 2021 and October 2021. All available funds from that settlement have been distributed.
