EAST LOS ANGELES – Chicano Car Culture was on full display at McDonald’s Cold Brew Coffee launch on May 25.

Owner & Operator Veronica Sanchez invited The Desirable Ones and Ghetto Los Angeles CC to the Cold Brew launch at her McDonald’s location in the heart of Chicano Car Culture on historic Whitter Blvd. in East LA.

“My father started this location in 1982 and for as long as I can imagine, Chicano Car Culture is a central part of Whittier Blvd and I’m glad my location is able to offer a glimpse of the culture alongside a tall Cold Brew that are now available at McDonald’s,” said Sanchez.
IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR
Veronica is a 2nd generation owner & operator within her family. She owns six locations throughout Los Angeles and her sister and brother also have stores of their own.

“We all attended Hamburger University to demonstrate our ability to own and operate a franchise and successfully completed the program and I was able to purchase my father’s store,” said Sanchez. “I am happy that McDonald’s provides me the freedom to work with local organizations that are dear to me.”
She counts Downtown Women’s Center as an organization she supports.

Sanchez explained customers will love the new Cold Brew as it doesn’t have a “bitter aftertaste” due to it being brewed at a higher temperature. Customers can purchase regular or marble flavors which is very tasty.
Veronica’s East LA location is at 5545 Whittier Blvd. and all are welcome to come out and try the new Cold Brew.

“On Sunday’s you will catch a glimpse of the cars in the various clubs as they are regular visitors in my drive-thru,” said Sanchez.
