Crawfish Festival will be serving up succulent scores of Live Crawfish (flown in daily from Louisiana), these seasoned Cajun crustaceans are prepared to mouth-watering perfection in the world’s largest crawfish pots.



Live entertainment mixes the best Cajun, Zydeco, and New Orleans-style music (featuring Gerard Delafose – grandson of the late great John Delafose and the nephew of the legendary Geno Delafose, Dwight Carrier and Andre Thierry to name a few) and includes dance lessons regularly throughout the day.
Dance to rousing music and join the Second Line Dancing Parade, a historical New Orleans tradition where people dance with a celebratory spirit ($50 Cash Prize). And, don’t forget to take your FREE souvenir e-photo to capture your NOLA experience.
There will also be an international food court featuring a wide selection of New Orleans’s most iconic dishes (frog legs, catfish, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, bread pudding…), complimentary El Baston del Rey Tequila/Whiskey Tasting, magic and illusion shows on Saturday and Sunday, carnival rides and games, a karaoke lounge with a live band (on Friday and Saturday night), a kids area with fun activities and more.
