LOS ANGELES – A man died after being shot early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 10000 block of S. Main Street around 12:30 a.m. and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The man was found in the parking lot of a liquor store close to its front door.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Detectives were continuing their efforts to identity the suspect(s), and urged anyone with information about the shooting to call the Robbery- Homicide Division at 213-486-6890, 877-LAPD-247, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222- TIPS.
