PHILLIPS RANCH, Calif. – The Coroner’s Office Saturday released the name of a 34-year-old man killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound Pomona (60) Freeway in the Phillips Ranch area.
The decedent was identified as Jay Yang, 34, of Arcadia, according to the coroner’s office.
The crash was reported about 10 a.m. Friday near Phillips Ranch Road, the California Highway Patrol said.
Initial reports said the crash involved a white Saturn, gray Nissan sedan, a Ford van and a motorcyclist, the CHP said. Yang was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:05 a.m.
