SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (2UG) – Two California Highway Patrol officers were struck by a suspected drunk driver early Sunday morning.
The officers were struck about 3:30 a.m. on the 215 freeway at the University Parkway exit after being rear-ended due to a multi-vehicle collision.
Both were transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.
A male suspect was taken into custody.
