This is disturbing!
Do you think God himself must have had a puzzled look on his face?
Members of the “clergy” by definition are considered to be “spiritual leaders”.
This group in particular is declared to be about “public accountability”.
And they are conducting a WORSHIP SERVICE for a MAN named Mark ? !
Hello people write down the names of those ministers and run – don’t walk – the other way, lest you find yourself mesmerized by those who have the appearance of Godliness but know not the God of The Old or New Testament aka the Holy Bible.
Worship is to be reserved ONLY for GOD never a man and those who claim to be honoring God and his principles know we are to hold humans accountable to uphold GOD’s principles !
Perhaps community members would better be served if we remembered it was not a man who fed the slaves leaving Pharaoh as they walked through the desert, it was not a man who calmed the seas after the flood, nor is it a man who declares our sins forgiven but God. The only entity who is to be worshipped is GOD !
Shouldn’t the prayer be that the truth be told by ALL witnesses at the trial and that the verdict be rendered based on those truths?
When anyone decides they are above the law and others support that decision they make a mockery of the legal system in this and very court case.
Let us remember that a man in a robe standing near a cross or any other religious symbol is just that, a man. What he wears, and where he stands, whatever title he uses he is a man.
Btw if you read this you have access to what God himself has said are the principles and behavior He considers proper and those He does not.
Simply index “Bible” and your search word ie lying, pride, accountable ….
