EL MONTE, Calif. – One person died and three were injured after possibly overdosing Sunday night.
El Monte police officers and LA County firefighters responded to a call around 11:30 p.m. to the 12200 block of Star Street near Maxson Drive.
Three victims were transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. A fourth victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
