On March 31, 2023, many protections in the County’s COVID-19 Tenant Protections Resolution (“Resolution” – formerly the LA County Eviction Moratorium), will expire.
The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (LADCBA) will host a webinar for landlords on Thursday, March 23, at 10 a.m. to discuss the impact of this expiration on landlords and their tenants.
The webinar will feature a presentation from the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs and subject-matter experts who will provide information on the protections that will expire, as well as how to navigate resources offered by the County such as mediation for landlord-tenant disputes, mortgage relief, and more.
