LONG BEACH, Calif. – A driver is expected to survive after crashing into a building Saturday evening, according to authorities.
A person was transported in unknown condition, and two sustained minor injuries, in a vehicle-vs-structure collision that occurred at a Long Beach Pizzeria.
The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on the corner of Willow St. and Chestnut Ave.
Upon arrival, LBFD located 3 victims that sustained injuries in the wreck, but only one needed to be transported to a local hospital.
Building and Safety Inspectors have been called to the business to assess the damages done to the structure.
