During the final day of testimony, the jury heard from County Supervisor Janice Hahn and former County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl who both testified that MRT didn’t pressure them for their vote. This contradicts interviews conducted by the prosecution where government employees suggested otherwise.
Closing arguments will begin around 9:00 a.m. when court resumes March 23.
