MONTCLAIR, Calif. – A shooting at the Montclair Mall has left a teen dead, according to authorities.

Detectives with the Montclair Police Department responded to a shots fired call at the Montclair mall located at 5060 N. Montclair Plaza Ln at about 9:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found a 15-year-old teen who was pronounced dead at the scene. A second victim was located at a local hospital suffering from gunshot wounds.
Shell casings were found in the parking lot near the AMC movie theater.
The teen’s identification is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. There is no known motive or suspect(s) at this time.
