New Sheriff Robert Luna is using the same playbook he used at LBPD after the George Floyd Civil unrest.
He started a “Constitutional Policing Unit” and asked the young Black officers about racism and how they’ve been treated, and when they were honest with the executive team, they were all targeted and caught IA cases and retaliation.
