MONTCLAIR, Calif. – A police pursuit ended in a violent crash that left the suspect’s vehicle sliced in half, according to videographers on the scene.

Montclair PD was in pursuit in the city of Pomona of a vehicle that was traveling westbound at E. Holt Ave at N. Towne Ave when the suspect’s vehicle crashed with two vehicles at the intersection of E. Holt Ave and N. Towne Ave.
One vehicle, a Honda Accord was cut in half and two other vehicles with major damage. A total of five people were transported, including the suspect to a local hospital.
Three were transported in critical condition and two were transported with minor injuries.
Witnesses stated that they were at the intersection and said the police were in pursuit of the Honda that was traveling at a rate of speed believed to be around 100 mph when they crashed into two other vehicles at the intersection of E. Holt Ave and N. Towne Ave in the city of Pomona.
Pomona police have all intersections closed as they conduct their investigation.
