SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – A person has died after being ejected from their vehicle on Jan. 15.
Authorities were called to the scene at about 1:30 p.m. on Interstate 5 freeway between the McBean Parkway and Valencia Blvd. off-ramps near Magic Mountain theme park.
A passing motorist noticed the crash site and called 911.
When the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived and found a white Honda Accord in a ditch off the side of the road and declared the ejected motorist deceased.
Authorities aren’t sure at what time or when the fatal crash occurred.
The victim’s name is withheld pending notification of next of kin.
