ALTADENA, Calif. – A man has been killed this evening in a deputy-involved shooting in Altadena, according to videographers on the scene.
The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. near Woodbury and El Sereno. Circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown at this time.
People on the scene describe the man as “separated but married”.
This is the second deputy-involved shooting this month that has left a man dead.
No other information is available at this time.
The man’s name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.

This man was definitely not a victim and do not paint him to be. He threatened me and other pedestrians on Fair Oaks and Woodbury, minutes before everything went down before he actually committed the crime. The police did what they had to do. The man hurt an innocent person so the police had no other choice.
