POMONA, Calif. – An indoor swap meet in Pomona was the latest site in a string of smash-and-grab robberies around Los Angeles County.
Authorities responded to the location around 5:15 pm. There were also reports shots were fired inside the swap meet located at 1600 E Holt Ave.
Once officers arrived on the scene, they located a jewelry store inside the Pomona indoor swap meet with shattered glass and people running out the doors.
Witnesses told officers unknown males took an unknown amount of jewelry and shot inside the store and fled the scene. It is unknown at this time if anyone was hurt.
