COMPTON, Calif. (2UrbanGirls) – Olson Homes are taking prospective buyers “back to the good old days” with low-interest rates on 29 new townhomes they are building in a gated community called Blossom Walk.

The homes are being built on the site formerly known as Skateland USA at 1950 N. Central Ave. which was previously owned by the Compton Redevelopment Agency.
The project came under scrutiny when the City’s Planning Commission didn’t approve it and it went straight to the city council for approval.
This private gated community consists of 29, two-story, single-family homes with flexible floorplans with up to 4 bedrooms and 1,797 square feet of living space.

The homes feature spacious open-air decks and backyards complete with full driveways and 2 car garages.
Community amenities, including a private park with an open lawn, BBQ, seating area, shade pavilion, and are accessible to the 110, 105, 710, 91, and 405 freeways.
Prices at Blossom Walk range from $724,990 to $750,990.
