INGLEWOOD, Calif. – A multi-family unit is on the market directly across the street from the Intuit Dome that is being marketed as “delivered vacant” to prospective buyers.
The five-unit building is located at 10205 S. Prairie Ave. with an asking price of $9,700,000 which breaks down to $1,940,000 per unit. The asking price has been lowered $2 million most likely due to the rise in interest rates.

Because the building has five units it is prohibited from being used as short-term rentals per the City’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance which can be found here.
The five units are currently bringing in $8,900 per month.
