INGLEWOOD, Calif. – The city of Inglewood’s social media team presented the 2022 Year in Review during the regular city council meeting held Dec 13.
City Manager Artie Fields introduced Social Media Manager Thomas Bunn whose department does an excellent job of capturing all of the City events throughout the year.
The year began with Super Bowl 56, highlighted Councilman Alex Padilla’s 7th Annual Chili Cook-Off, the return of Councilman Eloy Morales’ end of the summer bash at Ashwood Park, Councilman George Dotson’s “signature” event at Darby Park, and Councilwoman Dionne Faulk’s many events at the Crenshaw-Imperial shopping center.
The year culminated with the annual Turkey giveaway (sans Snoop Dogg) and the Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony.
If you look really close you will see the members of the city council, and city manager, sitting in premium seats at SoFi Stadium for Super Bowl.

It will be interesting to see if they claim the value of the seats on their annual statement of financial interest forms (Form 700) unless they ponied up the thousands of dollars to attend on their own.
