COMPTON, Calif. – Compton residents are welcome to come out on Christmas Day for his 11th Annual toy giveaway sponsored by former District 2 Councilman Issac Galvan.

The toy giveaway will take place at 4205 Alondra Blvd. in Compton which will also feature free food, games and a raffle. The event is slated to start at 10:30 a.m.
Galvan was the first Latino elected to the city council in the City’s history in 2013. He served for two terms before being removed from his seat after a judge overturned the 2021 election results in a civil trial brought against him by the new Councilman Andre Spicer.
A case filed against Galvan with the District Attorney’s office remains unresolved.
