Did Bassett Unified School District settle this case for $480,000 or was it more? Was this the settlement that was announced after being voted on in Closed Session on October 25, 2022, in relation to a wrongful termination lawsuit filed against the district by former administrator Linda Bermudez?

Wasn’t it odd that members of the Board of Education-appointed bond oversight committee allegedly accused Bermudez of having sexual relationships with male colleagues in order to advance her career?
The issues related to school bonds are an issue that is permeating throughout Los Angeles County on K-12 campuses and the Los Angeles Community College District.
Where’s the District Attorney’s office on this? I forgot he’s pals with the board members.
