LANCASTER, Calif. – A 9-year-old girl who went missing from her Lancaster home has been found, authorities said Monday.
Devine Sims was last seen about 11:30 a.m. Sunday at her residence in the 44700 block of 5th Street East, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
The girl is Black, 4 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 67 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a blue shirt, white shorts, white shoes, and a black hat, and was carrying a red/blue backpack and a black bag.
“The missing juvenile may have a possible destination of El Dorado Park, Pierre Baine Park, or the Windrose Apartments, in Lancaster,” a sheriff’s statement said.
