I live in the Imperial Avalon Mobile Estates and along with my neighbors, remain in the dark about the proposed development that will uproot us.
We don’t have a firm date of the closure and we are being low balled on the value of our property.
I have put together this document to share with your readers with the hopes the City and developers will read it and take it into consideration. I realize its a little lengthy but these are what we have collectively identified as issues with the development and how a couple of the council members benefited from their vote.
