NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – Two men in their 20s are in critical condition after being shot during an apparent robbery early Friday in North Hollywood.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded just after midnight to the 11100 block of Califa Street where they found the two men suffering from gunshot wounds, LAPD Officer Drake Madison told City News Service.
The victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
During the course of their investigation detectives learned the men were shot by three suspects wearing ski masks during a robbery, Madison said.
Witnesses told police the suspects drove away in a white SUV in an unknown direction.
The shooting is under investigation.
