This is not discrimination from the state, it is about the incompetent County Administrator with no experience assigned to help a District. Unfortunately, personal agendas, lack of knowledge, skills and cultural sensitivity haunts IUSD. If you research the trends, a mass exodus has occurred within her reign. As a previous principal of IUSD, I can state with no hesitation she is not fit to be superintendent.
Unfortunately, some ppl with high positions at D.O. have never progressed through the ranks. Most have been appointed because they knew someone. Is this hiring of friends causing IUSD to stunt growth, stagnate, and actually lose kids.
If someone is not competent or doesn’t have the capacity to run a department or district, they should be let go not kept around to do more damage.
If teachers have evals, administrators have evals, where is the eval for district office personnel/high ranking district folks?
There is a huge disconnect and someone should take accountability for these broken systems. Why aren’t district personnel shuffled around or let go when they were directly responsible for a task, any task.
None of this makes sense!!!!
