LOS ANGELES – A motorcyclist killed in a hit-and-run crash in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles was identified Tuesday, as the investigation into the death continued.
The crash occurred at about 10:20 p.m. Sunday on Fairfax Avenue near the entrance to the Santa Monica (10) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Sean Parker-Robinson, 22, of Los Angeles died at the scene, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office reported.
“A black, four-door sedan was traveling northbound (on) Fairfax Avenue, negotiating a left turn onto the westbound 10 Freeway on-ramp, and crashed into a male who was riding a 2023 Kawasaki ZX-6R southbound Fairfax Avenue in the Number 2 traffic lane,” according to the LAPD.
A standing reward of up to $50,000 has been offered by the city of Los Angeles for help in solving a fatal hit-and-run. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call police at 213-473-0234, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222- TIPS.
