EAST LOS ANGELES – Coroner’s officials Saturday released the name of a 17-year-old boy who was killed in a crash with a vehicle while riding a motorcycle in East Los Angeles.
The boy was identified as Nathan Loza, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office website. A spokesperson could not be reached to determine Loza’s place of residence.
The crash was reported at 9:48 p.m. last Sunday at Whittier and Atlantic boulevards, according to Officer Stephan Brandt of the California Highway Patrol.
A witness reported the rider was on the ground, unresponsive and bleeding.
