LOS ANGELES – An El Monte man was identified Saturday as the victim of a shooting in the Lincoln Heights area.
Raymond Jaramillo was 39 years old, according to the coroner’s office.
Officers were sent to South Avenue 18 and Pasadena Avenue shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Jaramillo was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was released. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call 877-LAPD-247.
