Property records indicate that the development site is owned by an entity called 3670 Imperial Hwy, LLC. The address of the limited liability company is a nearby gas station, and its manager is listed as Mohamad Pournamdari.
Our homeless count numbers have skyrocketed over the years, and our council is doing nothing to bring this unfinished project into compliance. It’s been sitting like this for YEARS! We are in the middle of a housing crisis and is our council charging owners a vacancy tax?
Our councilmembers probably don’t drive past there sits most people think it’s located in Inglewood.
