COMPTON – A woman who went missing in the Compton area more than 15 months ago has been found, authorities said Tuesday.
April Lynn Smith was 29 when she was last seen on Jan. 3, 2021, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which had sought the public’s help to find her.
On Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff’s department reported that she had been found. Other details were not released.
