RANCHO DOMINGUEZ – A female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed in the Rancho Dominguez area, authorities said Sunday.
The California Highway Patrol identified Sandra Flowers, 64, of Compton, as the victim.
The crash was reported at 11:38 p.m. Saturday on Avalon Boulevard just south of Rosecrans Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
No further details were immediately available.
