LOS ANGELES – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and killed Tuesday in the south Los Angeles area.
The person was fatally injured about 5:50 a.m. at Florence Avenue and Figueroa Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Information on the identity of the fatally injured person was not immediately available. The circumstances of the death were under investigation.
