INGLEWOOD – The city of Inglewood has released environmental documents for a new Senior Housing development in the Morningside Park district.
The project will be located at 3320 W. 85th Street, and is considered mixed-use as the site will also include a pre-school.
The project consists of a five-story building, with 65 units, across three floors, and two floors of underground parking.
A similar project was proposed in Beverly Hills, with similar artist renderings, that the community opposed due to environmental concerns, particularly traffic.

By law the City only has to notify residents living within 500 feet of the project. Residents are still waiting for those notices to arrive in their mailboxes.
Inglewood residents in District 2 were able to stop a proposed 7-eleven at the corner of LaBrea and 64th citing traffic issues. And they WON!
