SAN PEDRO – Firefighters recovered the body of a woman in her 20s who was seen by witnesses jumping off a cliff Saturday at Point Fermin in San Pedro, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 10:55 a.m. to 1 Point Fermin to recover the woman’s body, which plummeted approximately 100 feet down a cliff, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No further information was immediately available.
