LOS ANGELES – The driver of one vehicle was killed in a three- vehicle crash in South Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The crash was reported at 5:27 a.m. Sunday on Vernon Avenue at Avalon Boulevard, said Officer Rosario Cervantes of the Los Angeles Police Department Media Relations Section.
The driver was taken by paramedics to a hospital and pronounced dead, Cervantes said.
The driver’s age, gender and name were not available as well as whether anyone else was injured in the crash.
