CARSON – The identity of a body found in the Dominguez Channel has been identified by the Los Angeles Coroner’s office.
James Broughton, 46, was found Feb. 15 with the coroner determining he died of an accidental drowning.
Firefighters were sent to the area of 213th Street and Avalon Boulevard at about 10 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
No further details have been released.
