HOLLYWOOD – Two people suffered serious injuries Saturday when their sedan overturned on the Hollywood (101) Freeway.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 10:10 a.m. to the northbound freeway at Sunset Boulevard.
“Firefighters skillfully freed two seriously injured adult occupants from their overturned sedan, which came to rest overturned on the northbound Hollywood Boulevard on-ramp, after striking two light poles,” said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics rushed both victims to a trauma center.
Motorists were advised to anticipate congestion and delays in the area.
