I wanted to show you my experience on Saturday with our first official football game. I had every intention to stay indoors for the start of the game but my daughter got sick so I had to leave out.
I’m very confused on the logistics behind having the parking come down Pincay when that is our ONLY entrance into the Renaissance.
You can access the stadium from off Century, Prairie and Kareem via Manchester, but they had everyone come off of Crenshaw on to Pincay. Attendees parked along Manchester, creating gridlock, and there wasn’t a lane cordoned off to enter either my community, or Carlton Square.
Inglewood needs to figure this out FAST!
Residents had strong complaints about the lack of parking enforcement in residential neighborhoods. Residents are expected to pay to park in front of their own homes, while NFL fans parked there with little to no consequences. One resident calls the traffic issue a “pivotal issue” for Mayor Butts’ 2022 re-election.
