The Concerned Citizens of South LA are waging an all out war against Los Angeles Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson and businessman Karim Webb of 4thMVMT.
After a scathing article was published in the Los Angeles Times, the community came to the conclusion that cannabis applicants, connected to 4thMVMT, were given presumed preferential treatment in the approval of social equity licenses.

13 applicants who have received invoices from the Department of Cannabis Regulation are linked to 4THMVMT, who gave presentations last year, touting they were “uniquely positioned” by featuring photos of various LA council members.
4thMVMT also employs the son of LA Councilman Herb Wesson. The Concerned Citizens of South LA are also alleging that Sebastian Ridley-Thomas, son of County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas (who happens to be running to replace Wesson on the LA City Council) is also employed by 4thMVMT.

Thoughts for Chicago as he enters the midwest market?
The city has a new Black female mayor and former LAPD Chief Charlie Beck is their interim police superintendent. Sounds like politics as usual. I wanna know which son works there.
