The Webb family have created a strong model for running successful food franchises. Patriarch Reginald Webb is a successful owner of several McDonald’s franchises and he has passed on his knowledge to his children Kiana, Karim and Kyle.
Karim Webb is the owner of several Buffalo Wild Wing locations and recently begun the 4thMvmt. Karim is a panelist this weekend, at the annual legislative conference, hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus, speaking on social equity in the booming cannabis industry.
Kyle and Kiana Webb own and operate McDonald’s franchises of their own. Collectively the Webb’s have launched the Corporate Economic Empowerment Movement (CEEM) to increase prosperity and wealth in the African-American community.
Kyle Webb, CEO of CEEM, shared with 2UrbanGirls the importance of being a successful entrepreneur who gives back to others. He has strengthened the recognition of CEEM by partnering with McDonald’s to educate entrepreneur’s through events at the LA County Fair.
The CEEM Weekend is sponsored by McDonald’s Black & Positively Golden campaign, which celebrates a new movement to uplift communities and inspire excellence through education, empowerment and entrepreneurship.
