David Rosenfeld, of the Daily Breeze, continues to chip away at the financial issues facing the Lennox School District.
His recent report found that former Superintendent Kent Taylor was allowed to spend upwards of $100,000 per year on his district issued credit card.

The wayward spending didn’t stop with Taylor. Board members were also allowed to make questionable purchases, including Amazon Prime memberships and alcohol, with approval from the district’s accounting office.
Taylor’s suicide is appearing to be linked to his excessive spending of taxpayer funds and a looming lawsuit from the districts former public relations director, who Taylor was allegedly involved with in an intimate capacity.
2UrbanGirls received a call from a school board member, of an outside district, who commented on the ongoing revelations of Taylor’s excessive spending.
“No wonder he killed himself. This man was likely headed to jail.”
