Word on the Streets: Davon Dean

There is growing scrutiny that aa alleged and nefarious relationship existed between the former Superintendent of Lennox School District and the districts former Public Information Officer.

2UrbanGirls previously wrote about Taylor’s abrupt resignation possibly being attached to Dean’s leaving his position and a possible looming lawsuit.

School district insiders shared with 2UrbanGirls it was well known to district administrators and staff that Dean was hired at Taylor’s direction. It was also well known they traveled extensively together, on education related jaunts.

Insiders share that Daily Breeze has also submitted public records requests for travel itineraries for both Dean and Taylor.

Dean is now employed in the public relations department at California State University, San Bernardino.

If true, how much will this potential lawsuit cost Lennox taxpayers and could it mark the end of local control over the small district.

Sources have also shared photos and possible video are circulating of Dean and Taylor.

Since leaving the district, Dean is now employed with Cal State San Bernardino.
