2UrbanGirls has obtained a letter written by Compton City Manager Cecil Rhambo, dated June 20, 2019, that revises his date of resignation.
The letter was generated due to an incident that occurred between him and Councilwoman-elect Michelle Chambers.
Apparently, Chambers was bent out of shape over an alleged couch that she claims was removed from her soon-to-be council office. Rhambo meticulously documented their exchange.
City employees have already begun contacting Chambers, on employee-related issues, despite her official swearing-in not being until next week.
Rhambo also addresses some inflammatory statements made about him, on Chambers council liaisons internet based radio, show that Rhambo described as “slanderous and defamatory”.

Oh Cecil,
You are so full of CRAP! You participated in backdoor, corrupt, dirty deals, dirty tactics when you worked in Carson. You were also named in a lawsuit along with other staff including a councilwoman and settled because YOU got caught! Compton just got rid of a piece of crap FYI
He was a do-nothing anyways.
D. Hunt, you are so true. I worked with this butt hole at LASD. He is best buddies with Paul Tanaka, then the Undersheriff at LASD, but now a federal inmate.
