L.A. County District Attorney spokesperson Shiara Davila-Morales confirmed to 2UrbanGirls that Mayor Robles is due back in court for a hearing 04/ 17/18 in Dept. 85, at 1:30 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, to present additional information to possibly overturn this tentative decision.
The documents were first posted on community website carsoncaconnected.org.
**this post was updated 3/11/2018 to reflect the mayor was not temporarily removed, however, it was recently reported that Bell Gardens Councilman Pedro Aceituno resigned from his water board seat after the District Attorney’s office was investigating him for being on two seats as well. 2UrbanGirls apologizes for the confusion **
