Assembly District 63 candidate Maria Estrada has filed a lawsuit against the CA Democratic Party alleging their interference with party nominations. The lawsuit alleges that Asm. Speaker Anthony Rendon contacted two female delegates and intimidated them to get them to remove their signatures from her nomination forms. Election Day is June 5, 2018. Neither Estrada nor CA Dem Party staff could be reached for comment.
