think about it when you open up the hiring process and except 100 apps what do you as a city government get from the federal government? but after your receive that you never hire to fill any positions. unless your best friends with the city manager and hire your best friends 21 years old son and he never took a test and had a oral interview with you. not a panel like others did. then you want to hire a code enforcement manager your is the father of that young man hummm. the father was a school police officer whom supposedly left after controversy. per say.
