Daily Breeze is reporting that Robert Katherman and Marilyn were acquitted of corruption charges in a Torrance, CA, courtroom. Despite holding the money and writing checks on behalf of former West Basin board member Ron Smith, the jury found no fault with the bi-racial Katherman’s. Smith plead guilty in 2015 and received a 180 day sentence.
