COMPTON, CA— Days after securing the official California Democratic Party (CDP) endorsement in his campaign to represent California’s 44th Congressional District seat, today State Senator Isadore Hall scored the sought-after support of California Attorney General Kamala Harris.
In announcing her support of Hall for Congress, California Attorney General Kamala Harris released the following statement:
“I’m proud to endorse Senator Isadore Hall for Congress. He’s served as a former Compton School Board Member and City Councilman, as a reserve Deputy Sheriff, a State Assemblyman and is currently the region’s State Senator. Throughout his career, Isadore Hall has proven himself as a real leader from his community who has fought tirelessly on behalf of his community. He’s been fearless in his pursuit to combat gang and gun crime, protect local neighborhood schools, reduce poverty and address income inequality while creating more good jobs. I know Senator Hall will make an exceptional representative in Congress.”
Senator Isadore Hall is also the officially endorsed candidate of the California Democratic Party, incumbent Congresswoman Janice Hahn and the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO.
